John Keeler Burke didn't start in a boardroom. He started on the ski slopes of Beaver Creek, Colorado, working as a ski valet and intern at Wyndham Vacation Rentals — learning the hospitality business from the ground up. That hands-on work ethic paid off quickly. In 2014 he was named Guest Service Employee of the Year at Wyndham, a recognition that set the tone for everything that followed.

From there John built a career defined by real operator experience. He joined Beachside Vacations on the Isle of Palms, South Carolina, one of the most respected short-term rental companies on the East Coast, where he helped the company achieve its highest annual revenue in history. He then moved to Charleston where he worked alongside a fifth generation Charleston property management company overseeing more than 1,600 residential properties, deepening his expertise in operations, leasing, and portfolio management at scale.

Looking to put everything he had learned into practice, John joined a holding company and built a vacation rental business from scratch, growing it to 70 properties in just 18 months through a disciplined sales and acquisition strategy. That experience gave him a firsthand understanding of what it takes to scale a vacation rental portfolio from zero.

John then turned his focus to owner acquisition and marketing, helping vacation rental management companies grow their inventory before joining Beyond, a leading revenue management platform, as a Strategic Customer Success Manager advising enterprise clients on pricing strategy, portfolio performance, and revenue optimization.

Away from the boardroom, John has lived a life shaped by adventure and a love of the outdoors. He spent time working at Cavalier Surf Shop in the Outer Banks, one of the oldest surf shops on the East Coast, and worked in operations on some of the most prestigious stages in professional golf including the PGA Tour and The Masters at Augusta National. When he is not working with clients you will find him on the golf course or out on the water making memories with his family. Those experiences reinforce the same values he brings to every client engagement today: attention to detail, grace under pressure, and a deep appreciation for what it means to deliver a world class experience.

Today John channels every chapter of that journey into Keeler Revenue Solutions, bringing operator-level insight, enterprise experience, and a genuine passion for the vacation rental industry to every client he works with.
